Is servicing legally required?+
Under PUWER 1998 and Irish HSA guidance, powered doors are work equipment and must be maintained in a safe condition, with records kept. Fire shutters must be tested at least every 6 months.

Yes. We take on full portfolios from previous suppliers, carry out a baseline condition survey and mobilise a PPM schedule tailored to your sites.
