A door that won't close is a security breach, an insurance problem and often a stopped production line. When that happens we prioritise the call and dispatch the nearest available engineer.
The first objective on site is always make-safe: securing the opening, isolating a hazardous drive, manually closing a jammed curtain or fitting a temporary barrier so the building can be locked up and work can continue. Where the fault can be fixed on the visit — springs, cables, safety edges, photocells, common motor faults — our vans carry the parts to do it.
Where a part has to be ordered, we leave the opening secure, quote the permanent repair immediately, and book the return visit before we leave site. Every emergency attendance is closed with a digital job sheet including photographs, the fault diagnosis and the work carried out.
Emergency attendance is prioritised for PPM contract customers, who also get agreed response times and discounted labour rates.

What counts as an emergency?+
Anything that leaves the building insecure, stops production or creates a safety hazard — a shutter stuck open, a curtain out of its guides, a door falling, or a failed fire shutter. Cosmetic damage and minor faults are booked as routine repairs.
What if you can't fix it on the day?+
We make the opening safe and secure — manual closure, isolation or temporary hoarding — so you can lock up and keep operating, then quote and book the permanent repair before leaving site.
Do contract customers get priority?+
Yes. PPM contract sites have agreed response times, priority dispatch and discounted labour and parts rates on emergency attendances.
Do you attend doors you didn't install?+
