There's a point where repairing an old door stops making financial sense: obsolete parts, repeated call-outs, failed safety devices and energy loss through a worn curtain usually add up to more than replacement inside two years.
We survey the existing installation and give you a straight answer on repair versus replace, with the numbers behind it. If replacement is right, we quote a like-for-like swap and an upgrade option — usually insulation, safety devices and an inverter drive — so you can see what the extra spend buys.
Changeovers are planned around your operation. We strip out, adapt the structural opening if needed, install and commission in a single visit for standard sizes, and where that isn't possible we make the opening secure with temporary hoarding overnight. The old door is removed from site and recycled.

How do we know whether to repair or replace?+
As a rule of thumb: if the curtain or barrel is failing, parts are obsolete, or annual repair spend is approaching a third of replacement cost, replace. We'll survey and give you the figures rather than a sales pitch.
Will the site be left open overnight?+
No. Standard sizes are stripped out and replaced in one visit. Where a changeover has to span two days, we fit temporary secure hoarding so the building is never left exposed.
Can a new door fit the existing opening?+
In most cases yes, with minor adaptation to guides and fixings. Occasionally a lintel or steelwork alteration is needed — we identify that at survey stage so it's in the quoted price, not a surprise.
